Understanding Your System's Cartridges
Your water filtration system may include the following specialized cartridges:

SMART Cartridge: This multi-stage cartridge processes water in several ways:
- Initially, water passes through coconut shell granulated activated carbon (Arsenic-Free GAC™). GAC is a widely recognized and utilized adsorbent, effective at removing a broad range of organic contaminants, as well as unpleasant tastes and odors from drinking water.
- Next, the water flows through an ion exchange resin. This component works to reduce heavy metals such as lead, copper, and aluminum, and also addresses water hardness.

The water then moves through a bed of media composed of a special high-purity alloy blend of two different metals: copper and zinc (referred to as Eagle Redox Alloy® 6500 and Eagle Redox Alloy® 9500).

Finally, water passes through Ceramic and Tourmaline balls, which are included to enhance the water and help maintain a more alkaline pH.

Carbon Block Cartridge: This cartridge features a premium, solid carbon filter. It is designed for the removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), insecticides, pesticides, industrial solvents, and other similar contaminants.

Choosing the Right Whole House Water Filter Size
When selecting a whole house water filter, it's important to consider the level of contaminants in your water and the number of people in your household. If you have high contaminant levels or a larger household, a larger unit is generally recommended. Larger units contain more filter media, allowing for longer contact time between the water and the media, which can improve filtration effectiveness. While basic suggestions are provided, the specific contaminant level is a critical factor. Additional Product Option: UV Water Sterilization
An excellent option, particularly for well water, and as an enhancement to any whole house water filter or other 6 GPM filtration setup, is the CRYSTAL QUEST® 6 GPM Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer System. This system features axial flow reactors constructed from 304 stainless steel and is equipped with 1/2” MNPT connections.
The system utilizes hard glass germicidal lamps designed to achieve a 99.99% reduction in bacteria, viruses, and protozoa. This water treatment process is accomplished without the addition of any harmful chemicals to your drinking water. The CRYSTAL QUEST® Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer System offers an ecological and economical method for treating your water, costing just pennies a day to operate.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If returning an item due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, Beyond Ready Co. will cover the return shipping expenses.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejectionof your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within three to five business days.
If rejected, we will notify you of the reason.
