Shipping Costs
Beyond Ready Co. offers free shipping on most orders. Certain large or specialized items may include a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 7:00 PM (EST) are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times are typically 6-7 business days after processing. Some specialized or freight-shipped items may require up to 10 business days for delivery.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via reputable third-party carriers. Large or heavy items may be shipped via freight and delivered curbside. For freight deliveries, customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent via email.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses may be updated within 24 hours of placing an order. Please contact us promptly at support@beyondreadyco.com if changes are needed.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our return policy will apply.
