Beyond Ready Co. offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, contact us at orders@beyondreadyco.com. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label
- All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Rejected returns will be returned to the customer or otherwise resolved
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund has not posted:
- Check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact us if further assistance is needed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an issue is identified, contact support@beyondreadyco.com immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact orders@beyondreadyco.com.
Address Changes:
Shipping address updates must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
