What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in shipping, but if your order arrives with visible damage, please follow these steps:
- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging. If there is noticeable damage, note it on the delivery receipt.
- If you suspect damage but cannot inspect the item immediately, write "suspect damage" when signing for the package.
- If your item is damaged, take clear photos and email them to support@beyondreadyco.com. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
