Returns and Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent due to our error, Beyond Ready Co. pays for the return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or made an error in the order, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
4. Restocking Fees

Change of Mind: Returns due to customer preference are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Defective/Damaged Items: There is a $0.00 restocking fee for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. How to Start a Return

Payment: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. It takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@beyondreadyco.com For all other changes, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
